To print the currently selected report, plus any summary based on that report, click the print button in the toolbar.

There are two options - report rows, which will print out the report as seen in pane 2, or individual record, which will print full details of the currently selected record, plus any related information. For example, if a contact is selected, information about the company they belong to may also be printed.

If 'report rows' is selected, you will see an option for a detailed printout at the bottom of the screen. If you select this, the full details of every record referenced in the report will be printed. This is useful if you are creating a detailed document. For example for a requirements specification document you may wish to include a summary of each requirement (the report) together with the full details of every one. The details that are printed out are those that can be seen in the 'view' tab of pane 3.
