agileBase will export both report data and summary data to an Excel file when you click the 'export' button in the toolbar. One tab will be created for report data and each summary chart will get an additional chart, if any report summaries have been created.

You can also create live data feeds in RSS or JSON formats. For reports containing dates, you can create a calendar feed in iCal format that will be recognised by products such as Google Calendar, Outlook and iPhone / iPad calendars. Third party products that read these feeds will typically update themselves when new data becomes available.

To access a feed, go to a report's manage tab, click the 'sync' icon and tick the box that says 'allow public access'. This will allow third party applications to access data without authentication so be aware of security and privacy considerations.
